Part 1 is about enjoying the Vermillion Room Restaurant inside the hotel.

It is a place that is incredibly beautiful in all four seasons, but I think winter is the best of all.
The Vermilion Room is the main dining room at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
It is also very famous for weekend brunch.
I really recommend it for weekday lunch!!!!
The prices are better than other crappy restaurants in town.
First of all, those who haven’t sat there and felt the wonderful scenery will never know what it feels like.
Take some time during the week and go for lunch.
It’s $5-6 cheaper than the dinner menu.
