The other day I was excited and posted a review of a TGTG Wow Bakery deal. If Wow Bakery comes out again on TGTG, I will definitely buy it again. I have hope that I will get another bread by then^^
While living in Edmonton, I’ve only tried Wow Bakery bread once, but it wasn’t bread with cream like this. It was okay back then.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been here, and I visited the Malderuk branch for the first time. They had a variety of breads and I really liked the atmosphere and location of the store. The perfection of the bread was also very good.
I was so excited when I took pictures like this.
It’s so round and pretty.
I also really liked the cream filling.

The dough is not fluffy at all and is very sticky (T&T bread is like this), but the problem is the cream! The bitter taste was really good, but cream!! Of course, I didn’t think I would use whipped cream ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m the kind of person who doesn’t find whipped cream too greasy to the point where I just scoop it up, but this cream is really difficult to bake… ..
The problem is this Soboro Cream.
Bijul is really good, but this white cream is even better ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ This is really made with 100% vegetable cream! I think so. I was wrong in expecting it to be milk whipped cream. But you probably didn’t mix the vegetable cream with marshmallow spread, right?

After a while, I looked at the dried cream and it looked like melted marshmallow. The color was too white, the color of that marshmallow. The soboro dough was actually better than the green tea cream bread.
When I cut another round bread, it turned out to be a sweet red bean whipped cream bread, which is usually my favorite. But I can’t eat it because I’m scared ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I thought it would be great if the cream was upgraded even if the price of the bread went up.
I liked the donut bijul so much that I thought I had to try the donut next time, but I thought it would be the same cream, so I just gave up.
If you ever want to eat Wow Bakery, try checking out other breads other than the cream filling. The pretzel looked really delicious. Even the price was good. I’ll have to try the pretzel next time.
It was a very unpleasant cream for me, but it may have been delicious for others, so please take into account that it is a matter of personal taste ^^
