[Calgary Event] December 9-10: European Village Christmas Market @ Bearspaw

As December begins, events are being held here and there every weekend.

There are many festivals(?) in every neighborhood, so check out the events in your area.

This event is taking place in the NW where I live.

​

I really don’t like that there is an entrance fee.

It costs $5 when purchasing online in advance, and $6 when purchasing onsite.

​

This is the location!

It’s very close to the Tuscan Train station, right?

​

This event has been going on since last week, so this week is the last one.

I captured the event schedule for tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday.

The highlight of this event is definitely the fireworks.

Sunday 5 o’clock

I saw it last week, and it was quite flashy and cool.

The fireworks display lasts for about 10 minutes, and if you look at the sky above from the NW toward Cochrane, you will see a pretty spectacular fireworks explosion. ^^

Although it snows a lot in Calgary, drive safely and enjoy local events this weekend.
