hello.
Edmonton is extremely desolate.
It’s at the end of downtown, but it’s really rural, isn’t it?
(I like cities that are full of exhaust fumes and traffic jams.)
JW comes to this rural area.
why???
In Edmonton, not Calgary???????
JW The place was hit hard by the coronavirus not long after it opened!
It was a place that wasn’t really in my area of interest, but
I was curious so I went and had a look. ^^
Let me start with the conclusion!!!!
As expected~~ Even if it was rotten, it was standard,
I’m leaving a heart-pounding review thinking that it wasn’t worth the name for nothing.

Bling bling from the lobby.
Starting from the lobby, the locals start eating ‘jjang’. Haha, there is no need to say that the training of the employees is very good. How kind is it to be kind? ^^ Heart popping
Apply for check-in at 11 AM and go to the hotel.
They said the suite room wasn’t ready… ..
They say you can stay in a standard room and that they will contact you as soon as it is ready.
(I’m a Marriott slave, so upgrades tend to work well)
Around 2pm, I was informed that the room was ready and I entered the one-bedroom suite located on the 20th floor.
The appearance of the 20th floor (EXEC Floor) when you get off the elevator is such a refreshing and pleasant ‘blue’.
I opened the door and went in with my heart pounding (yes!! I was excited because it was my first proper hotel in a long time^^)
After passing through this wide and long hallway… .. Oh~~~ Smell~~~~~ It smells so good^^ My heart is popping!!
Wow~~~ Sweet room!
A proper suite room!!!!!^^
If you look towards the entrance from the end of the living room, it looks like this.
I didn’t have any expectations… . Oh my!!
It was well decorated with great care using high-quality materials.
They have plenty of water. (Hotels in North America are also generous with water. ㅠㅠㅠ)
There is an Illy Machine.
Tea and other coffee supplies were prepared flawlessly.
(From the time I checked in, they brought out cool water from the refrigerator!!! I really compliment you~~~ For a moment, I thought I was in Southeast Asia^^)
Wow~~ The bedroom is really nice too.
The bedding and bed are perfect.
Am I in Southeast Asia??
A bathroom so spacious that it can be misleading. It is connected from the room to the door entrance at the end of the living room.
It is a clean and stylish bathroom.
(I took a picture like a piece of cake. LOL.
Amenities include large-capacity aromatherapy, as expected from a suite room.
Even the bath salt was meticulously prepared.
It’s a common robe in other countries, but it’s commonly used in North America. ㅠㅠㅠ
(I’ve always packed slippers, but this time I went empty-handed because it was JW. LOL)
Now that we’ve looked at the rooms, shall we go to the EXECUTIVE LOUNGE on the 22nd floor?
The lounge was also done much better than expected.
This is the downtown view from the lounge.
There are several tall buildings. lol
Still, it’s desolate~~~
I usually have chips, energy bars, drinks, etc.
The bar is so empty.
As it was happy hour (5-7pm), I was once again surprised by how well prepared the food was.
It’s a hotel in the countryside… . and!!! I wonder what’s going on.
Unlike other countries, here (most of North America) you have to pay for alcohol.
After looking around the lounge, let’s check out the swimming pool with our luggage.
Oh my god~~~~
You did a really, really good job. I only took pictures of a small portion, but wow the gym facilities~~~~~~ (I can’t speak)
If I were an exercise addict… … I must have been exercising while feeling excited… … . These days, I’m in lie-down mode… … I give up on things like exercise. lol
I am once again amazed by these minute details.
It’s a cold towel left in the refrigerator!!
The swimming pool was also very nice.
It is small, but (because there are too many people, the swimming pool photo is replaced with the photo on the homepage)
The one at the end is a fairly large hot tub (pictured below).
This place is also crowded with people, so the photos are taken from Google Images.
The products used in the gym and pool locker room are also not wasted.
Who is the owner of this hotel!! They took really good care of it.
There is a good sauna facility in the locker room.
I went down to the hotel lobby a little after 6 o’clock.
They are also holding this interesting event(?). lol
There was a hockey game that day, and cake was being handed out, perhaps because the home team won.
It’s a detail that isn’t common in Canada, so I was so excited that I clapped my hands again.^^
Breakfast was served in the lounge.
Because it was a holiday, it closed at 11 o’clock.
This is the first hotel in my life that keeps refilling food until it closes at 11 o’clock.
this place!!! It’s really good, it’s really good.
The breakfast was very good, although there weren’t many items, but it was tasty and neat.
My love smoked salmon!!!!!
It was the most delicious smoked salmon I had in Canada. There is no salty taste at all, so I completely inhale the salmon.
Despite its appearance, French toast was quite delicious.
Plump homemade sausage and potatoes
Smoothies and Yogurt
I was shocked when I saw the fruit placed there.
It’s usually just randomly cut into cubes… … Set up a new tray until all the food is put away at 11!!!! I was really surprised.
I took a bowl and ate it heartily. Eat again. I eat it again. lol
It’s really great for a one-night stay here.
There is a lounge! The swimming pool is great! Spa is great! Breakfast is good!
The breakfast restaurant on the first floor is another famous place.
The spa program is about 1.5 times more expensive than the price of a regular massage shop. This is registered as RMT, so you can claim it through insurance. Just looking at the atmosphere makes your body relax and your muscles get tired!!!! lol
Because the tier benefits are certain,
It will be a great stay for those who have a tier.
The fun of ordering chicken and chatting in your room is a bonus.
I will end this review of JW Marriott Edmonton, which was so much better than I expected.^^
